Apple has stopped offering another accessory in its devices box
Apple’s website mentions that this Apple TV 4K will not come with USB-C and HDMI cables. In addition to the device in the box, the only device will be a Siri remote and a power cable.

Apple announced a new TV 4K box with the launch of its new iPads just yesterday. The new device comes with a USB-C port instead of Lightning, which is a big relief for the user. However, the company is dropping the idea of providing a charging cable in the retail box as well.
The company’s website mentions that it will not bundle USB-C and HDMI cables with the Apple TV 4K. In addition to the device only, the Siri remote and a power cable are included in the box. While users will now be able to use any USB-C cable to charge the Siri Remote, those who don’t will have to pay extra to recharge the remote control.
Apple first stopped providing chargers with its smartphones with the launch of the iPhone 12 series. The brand ships the USB-C to Lightning cable with the phone. Those who don’t have an Apple power adapter will have to pay for a separate USB-C charger. But, will Apple drop the cable from the retail box of iPhones too?
The company is said to announce the iPhone 15 series with support for USB-C port. Yes, it may finally happen and people may no longer need to carry a separate charger for the iPhone. The European Union has passed a new rule that says USB Type-C will become the common charging port for all mobile phones, tablets, and cameras by the autumn of 2024.
Now, there is a possibility that Apple may also decide to do away with the charging cable for iPhones if it launches the iPhone 15 series with a USB-C port. It is not already offering the charger and removing the cable can also be a major hassle and frustration for the customers. But, these are just conjectures,
